High Intensity Interval Training
SWEAT is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to push your physical limits and make you sweat. This class will deliver a heart-pounding workout.

HIIT is training incorporating set exercises performed in quick, intense, repeated bursts intersected with short rest or low activity periods.
The exercises are performed at a maximum effort and may be cardio and/or resistance based.
HIIT exercise periods generally range from 20-45 seconds with a 10-20second break.
You may know it as HIIT or Tabata and is a popular form of anaerobic exercise.
