A sport unlike any other, it will challenge you in so many ways while having so much fun.

Pole builds strength week by week as you learn pole moves, spins and transitions whilst building muscle memory for it to get easier each time, so there is no need to be strong, flexible or even fit when you're starting out.

STATIC POLE CLASSES 

 

BEGINNER 1

This class is designed for the COMPLETE BEGINNER. Also known as our Introduction to Pole we will teach you the foundations of pole to help you progress through our safely designed syllabus. 

 

BEGINNER 2

Once you have completed our Beginner Static Pole Course you can book into our Pre-Intermediate Static Course.

The prerequisites for this class are : 

- Climbing

- Upside down crucifix - bow prep

- Pole sit & layout

- A sound understanding of the beginner syllabus. 

 

INTERMEDIATE 1

Once you have completed the Pre-Intermediate Course you can book into our Intermediate Course. 

The prerequisites for this class are :  

- Layout Combo

- Bow

- Jamila Prep

- Inverts 

- A sound understanding of the Pre-Intermediate Level.

INTERMEDIATE 2/3

Once you have completed the Intermediate Course 1 you can book into our Intermediate 2 Course. 

The prerequisites for this class are : 

- Climbing 

- Pole Sit 

- Flip Up and Bow Preparation

- A sound understanding of Intermediate Level 1.

ADVANCED

Once you have completed our Pre-Advanced Static Course you can book into our Advanced Static Course. 

The prerequisites for this class are : 

- Aerial Invert

- Shoulder Mounts

- Both Inside & Outside Leg Hangs 

-A good understanding and grasp of the Pre-Advanced Static Syllabus.

SPIN POLE CLASSES

BEGINNER

Learn the basics of Spin Pole - you will need a good understanding of the foundations of Static Pole

 

INTERMEDIATE

This class is a mixed levels class for Inter / Pre - Advanced Spin students. 

The prerequisites for this class are : 

- Inverts

- Both inside & outside leg hangs

- Solid vertigo intermediate combo

- Jamila Preparation 

- A sound knowledge and understanding of the Beginner / Intermediate spin syllabus.

 

ADVANCED

This class is for Advanced Spin students.

The prerequisites for this class are : 

- Aerial Inverts

- Both inside & outside leg hangs 

- Leg and body switches

- Shoulder Mounts or preparation of shoulder mounts

- Aerial Jamila's 

- A sound knowledge and understanding of the Beginner / Intermediate spin syllabus.

POLE DANCE SPECIALIST CLASSES

During the year we run a variety of Specialist Pole Dance classes to compliment the static and spin pole moves & routines

 

Our Dance classes cover:

  • Heels dance

  • Lyrical & Flow dance

  • Chair dance

  • Combos & Choreography

  • Headstands & Handstands

 

These are pop-up classes, not part of our standard schedule or membership.
