STRONG is a circuit based training session with the primary focus on building strength and endurance for any type of fitness level

You will start with a comfortable weight to ensure your technique is correct and your body understands what it is doing and as you progress you will be able to try heavier weights or harder resistance bands as you become fitter, stronger and more confident!
